Start with an investigation

Share the affected areas, visible signs, odors and moisture history. Your inspection covers the accessible areas in the agreed scope, with photographs, observations and moisture readings.

Collect with a purpose

Air and surface specimens answer different questions. We discuss the purpose of the sample plan and explain method limitations. Samples are chosen when justified, rather than to use every available allowance.

Common questions before booking

Does every concern require testing?

No. Sampling should answer a defined question. EPA notes that visible growth often does not require sampling. Understand inspection versus testing.

Can a report identify a medical risk?

A property report is not a medical diagnosis or a universal safety certificate. Findings relate to the sampled evidence and method limits.

Which Southern California locations do you serve?

Los Angeles, Ventura and Orange Counties, with address-specific access, scope and coverage confirmed before service. Explore the regional guides.

When will I receive results?

Confirm order-specific laboratory and report-release timing with your scope. The inspection appointment and laboratory processing are separate stages.
