THOUGHTFUL TESTING / CLEAR LIMITATIONS

Context matters
as much as the count.

Your sample plan is designed to answer an inspection question. Laboratory findings are read alongside the observed conditions, collection locations and method limitations.

Included scope and sampling

A broader assessment of accessible interior areas, plus a review call. Outdoor comparison specimens count toward the allowance. Standard laboratory methods identify mold types or groups within their limits; they do not establish toxin production or diagnose health conditions.

Additional work and timing

Additional standard samples are $75 each with approval, subject to laboratory-cost confirmation. Specialty testing, additional buildings, commercial work and complex properties need a written quote. Confirm laboratory and report timing for your order before service. Remediation and repairs are separate.
